DigiMetals Exchange is committed to promoting responsible mining practices and creating clear pathways to equitable and sustainable success. As an industry leader focused on delivering value to all stakeholders, our ESG strategy prioritizes the material sustainability topics that matter most to our stakeholders, partners, and business. We engage extensively with stakeholders to identify issues that affect DigiMetals Exchange, as well as the activities we participate in that have, or could have, impacts on the environment and society. Our sustainability focus addresses both mine-site impacts and those under our direct control.
In 2023, we advanced progress on existing targets and established new goals in diversity, equity, inclusion, and human rights. Many of our long-term objectives are aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. We implement these goals across our direct operations, Mining Operations, and through our Community Investment Program.
