Our code of business conduct and ethics
DigiMetals Exchange Code of Business Conduct and Ethics sets the standard for honest and ethical behavior, with commitments to human rights, labor practices, and anti-bribery and anti-corruption measures. It is designed to foster a culture of integrity while ensuring compliance with securities regulations and all applicable laws. All employees, officers, and directors—including those at DMEs international subsidiaries—are required to certify annually that they adhere to the Code.
In addition, DigiMetals Exchange has established a Partner/Supplier Code of Conduct, which outlines the ethical standards expected of all suppliers, including our Mining Partners. This includes commitments to human rights and labor practices, business ethics, health and safety, environmental stewardship, and respect for host communities.
